New knowledge after the update on November 22

With the preparation for the new trading system, new NPCs were put into play in the main, they are located in Epheria, but there are other places.

And so 9 new NPS and 2 knowledge knowledge (which I hope will be repaired in the near future)

Epheria, Calfion

West Guard Camp

Bear Village

Outpost Delpe

Knowledge

After fixing the bug will be available from these two NPCs in Epheria. Most likely through the quest.
