Quest The Lost Letter Look around Siani
Find the boy running alongside in Velia.
Quest Probably Around Somewhere
Destroy the Fogans until you complete the quest, after the Quest is counted, go to the point indicated in the screenshot below.

Travel to Lake Kaia (Southwest Calpheon) to the location shown in the screenshot
For Siani! Beautiful Moments
Go to Dias Farmlands (North Calpheon) to the NPC Leordo Dias, talk to him.
For Siani! Friend's Request
Go to the Northern Plantation (North Calpheon) to NPC Xaviel, talk to the canvas.
Next, you need to bring 20 paints, you can craft them in the Camp or buy.

Take the Oze Pass (Southeast Calpheon) to the only NPC. To continue the quest, the inventor must have 150 Blue Rose Corolla.
